Customer Service Manager

The client

Our latest client an automotive mechanical repair organisation based in Melbourne and they are looking for a Customer Service Manager to be in charge of maintaining excellent and continuous relationship with various customer groups.

The role and requirements

The specific roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  •  At least 2 years experience in a Customer Service Manager role

  •  Prior experience and knowledge in the automotive mechanical industry

  •  Forge strong relationships with existing customers and establish

  •  Plan, administer and review customer services and after sales services

  •  Provide training and ongoing support to other team members in providing

  •  Develop and review policies, programs and procedures concerning

  •  Deliver awesome customer service internally and externally

  •  Reporting and administration duties associated with managing contractors

  •  Providing direction and feedback to team members

  •  Managing, motivating and developing staff providing customer services

  •  Maintain, build and update customer database

  •  Planning and implementing after sales services to follow up customer

  •  Ensure performance of services provided and modify and improve

  •  Respond to customer queries, needs and complaints

  •  Managing operational efficiency through adherence to rosters, attendance

  •  Assist in business development efforts.

  •  Have relevant diploma qualifications

  •  Have a current drivers license and be willing to travel interstate
