Baker

The role:

Our client located in the Lilydale is expanding and needs a qualified baker. The role is a hands-on and dynamic role and you will reporting directly to the bakery shop owner.

You will be required to organize, bake and manage production to ensure that quality and consistency is kept at a high standard.

The requirement:

Proven experience as a Baker

Ability to work under pressure

At least 1 year of relevant experience

Relevant qualifications

Strong work history and ethics

Good attitude

Ideally, as a prerequisite you will be qualified, have some experience working with natural leavens, have advanced hand scaling & molding skills, plus previous skills in mixing, and working deck ovens.
