The role Our latest client situated in Roseville in NSW is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join their team. The main focus of this position is to build customer service relations and to enhance customer service at their retail stores.
The duties - Growing and developing the customer client base within Australia. - Liaising with other organisational units, manufacturers and customers, identifying and responding to customer expectations. - Setting up and managing established retail outlets within Australia. - Provide feedback of sales and plans to the director whilst administering and reviewing customer services and after-sales services. - Maintain sound customer relations with all clients, conversing with both Australian. - Learning and implementing the current customer service processes whilst working to improve and streamline these. - Respond promptly to customer enquiries, collating reports and forecasts and following up action items in a timely fashion. - Assisting with growth of the company within Australia and internationally. - Develop and review policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations, goods and services provided.
The requirements - At least an Australian Certificate 3 in Business Management, Leadership and Customer Service related - 3 years prior experience in Customer service management role - Experience in Business Management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Own transport - Willingness to work on some weekends is required
