The client
Our client in Melbourne is looking for 5 bakers with at a Certificate 4 in Baking or Patisserie to join their renowned brand.
Sponsorship is open to those with the Certificate 4 and IELTS qualifications.
The role
Recent graduate bakers are encouraged to apply. Applicants will have to undergo specific training and learn procedures that are unique to the bakery. This position will be for full time work and individuals are required to work standard bakery operations hours.
What you'll need:
Certificate 4 in Bakery or Patisserie
Sound knowledge of all aspects of food safety and hygiene
Willingness to support other team members in learning your craft
Ability to deliver great quality and inspirational customer service
A passion for quality and consistency
Professional dress and grooming standards
English language proficiency or IELTS score of 5 at least
