Recruitment Officer

The Client

Labour Support has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Officer to work in our Brisbane office. The ideal recruitment officer will be hard working, reliable and confident, with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment both online and face to face.

The Role

You will carry out end to end recruitment of predominantly training professionals including the successful promotion of the business and core values. You will implement strategic sourcing strategies and put in place effective recruitment templates, policies and procedures.

Tasks

  • Can work under pressure, meet deadlines and targets

  • Is organised driven and has lots of initiative

  • Liaising with Managers and providing advice on candidates and the recruitment process

  • Sourcing suitable candidates via advertising, referrals and other creative channels

  • Assist with reporting and general recruitment administration as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a recruitment role

  • A relevant HR degree

  • Excellent communication skills and be able to build relationships

  • A passion for HR would be ideal
