Office Administrator

Our client

Our latest client is a property management company and they have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer. The ideal candidate would have an interest in property and have a basic but strong understanding of office admin skills.

The role

This Monday to Friday roll requires you to be responsible for the general day to day running of all office /admin aspects of the business. You will be required to do all incoming and outgoing invoices and statements along with many other vital admin responsibilities.

The responsibilities for the successful candidate will include:

  • Provide confidential administrative support, information and advice to management and other staff across the division in accordance with departmental policies and procedures

  • Assist with ordering, stock control, records and file management and financial management.

  • Develop and maintain management and administrative databases, process information and prepare correspondence and associated reports for senior officers as required.

  • Perform a variety of administrative or support services as directed by the manager.

To be a successful candidate you must:

  • Previous experience in an admin or similar role

  • Have a willingness to learn

  • Effective communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to effectively identify priorities

  • Must portray a high level of trust with confidential matters
