Business Office Administrator

The client

We are on the lookout for an experienced Administrator who has a background in report and content writing. You will be an enthusiastic and pro-active all-rounder who demonstrates excellent writing skills and who thrives under pressure.

The role

You will be writing business plans, business reports and alike. Current writers have a background in business administration, marketing, legal or journalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create reports as per specification

  • Interpretation of the client's reporting requirements

  • Analysis and reporting skills (written)

  • Contribute to the company Knowledge base

The requirement

  • Relevant bachelor degree

  • Can do attitude with a strong work ethic

  • Professional and able to work autonomously

  • Demonstrated high attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Skills

  • Ability to manage time effectively and work to deadlines

The offer

  • Competitive hourly rates up to $35 per hour

  • Part time position; 2 days a week
