The role
Our client is currently looking for skilled and qualified Human Resource Professionals
HR managers
Policy and Training Managers
Training Development Managers
The positions are for full time arrangement.
The responsibilities will include:
HR Managers
Recruitment
Providing HR advice & support to line managers and employees.
Providing advice on IR and WH&S practices & legislation
Ongoing development of HR Policies & Procedures.
Performance Management
Reviewing of HR Processes
Contributing to organisational change programs.
Policy and Training Managers
Proven experience in drafting policy and guidelines
Should have previous facilitation experience
Significant experience in designing, developing and implementing training initiatives
Proven experience in developing strategic partnerships internally and externally and working in collaboration with others to achieve outcomes
Excellent negotiation, influencing skills and communication skills with the ability to interact and build relationships with senior managers
Experience managing development needs, priorities and programs for a multi-branded or multi-site operation.
A solid understanding of RTO's and managing accredited learning relationships is also required to be successful in this role.
Training Development Managers
Proven experience managing a team of L&D professionals
Significant experience in designing, developing and implementing training initiatives
