One of our clients Anderson Recruitment and Training are looking to hire qualified and experienced Business Management professionals for work within metropolitan New South Wales and regional areas. Candidates who are experienced and qualified are encouraged to apply.

The role

Our client is currently looking for skilled and qualified Business Management Professionals

  • Business Development Managers

  • General Managers

  • Customer Services Managers

  • Management Consultants

The positions are for full time arrangement.

The responsibilities will include

  • Business Development Managers

  • A talented and ambitious BDM professional with at least 2 years’ experience, in sales

  • Well spoken and confident in Presenting and Demonstrating

  • Have an understanding of digital and social media environments,

  • Demonstrable skills and strong understanding of marketing principles

  • General Managers

  • Demonstrated experience leading a large team/division and driving sales growth within complex markets.

  • Successful track record and experience in managing P&L and balance sheet.

  • Experience leading/managing a Sales, Operations and Administrative Teams.

  • Experience managing in a multi-site operating environment.

  • Ability to liaise, develop and maintain relationships with people at all levels within an organisation.

  • Able to travel extensively throughout the region.

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent; advanced degree preferred

  • Customer Service Manager

  • Demonstrated success in management of a customer service team

  • Demonstrated success in leading a team to set, achieve and exceed individual and team KPI’s

  • Demonstrated passion for customer service and a sound understanding of the provision of a high level of customer service

  • Effective communication skills (Written & Verbal)

  • Ability to establish and maintain ongoing effective internal and external relationships

  • Ability to implement strategies for service delivery

  • Ability to establish a high performing, positive and results driven team culture

  • Knowledge of a web-based CRM system

  • Management Consultant

  • Have a genuine interest in assisting others to reach their potential

  • Possess excellent facilitation skills

  • Have strong project management skills

  • Be eager to be part of collaborative project teams

  • Be business savvy, with executive presence

  • Be interested in contributing to business development initiatives

  • Be outcomes-oriented and understand how to effectively navigate a consulting environment

  • Have strong academic qualifications
