The client

One of our clients Anderson Recruitment and Training are looking to hire qualified and experienced Sales & Marketing Managers to work within metropolitan New South Wales and regional areas. Candidates who are experienced and qualified are encouraged to apply.

The role

Our client is currently looking for skilled and qualified Sales and Marketing Managers in these positions:

  • Sales and Marketing Managers

The positions are for full time arrangement. 

The responsibilities include

  • Have a positive focus on high quality performance and strategic sales development.

  • Have good problem solving skills.

  • Have the ability to work cohesively in a team environment.

  • Have the ability to work unsupervised.

  • Have excellent communication skills and be computer literate.

  • Created effective sales strategies

  • Performed Market analysis in Identifying and qualifying potentially new customers

  • Developing new business opportunities

  • Closing new sales

  • Expanding scope of business in current customer sites

  • Lead and motivate your teams, maintaining happy relationships across all departments.

  • Experience working in a Marketing/PR environment

  • Relevant tertiary qualification with a focus on Marketing

  • Exceptional people and negotiation skills

  • Strong attention to detail; the ability to manage multiple projects and plan and execute client marketing events.

  • A superior knowledge of technology and the ability to work with technology partners to deliver key marketing initiatives.

  • Strong commercial acumen, the ability to manage budgets and sound ROI analytical skills

The requirements

You must ideally have the following requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
