The client
One of our clients is a leading wellness salon in Newcastle specializes in Nail, Massage, Hair and Beauty treatments. They are looking for and experienced and licensed Massage Therapists to join the team.
The responsibilities will include
In this role, you will be responsible for an array of duties including but not limited to:
Perform in depth initial consultations
Follow up advice for all clients
Perform Massage
aromatherapy
Pregnancy
Hot Stones
Remedial massage
Evaluate clients to locate painful or tense areas of the body
Manipulate muscles or other soft tissues of the body
Provide clients with guidance on stretching, strengthening, overall relaxation, and how to improve their posture
Document client’s condition and progress in customer management computer system
Deliver personalised customer service
The requirements
Certificate IV and/or Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy (attained or nearing completion of your course)
Overseas or equivalent qualifications will be considered
Previous experience in a similar role in a professional salon setting
Immaculately presented
Team orientated and passionate
Superb customer service skills
Strong, clear communication skills with a positive attitude is essential.
