They are offering a junior receptionist position for an enthusiastic individual with a good personality to join their team and help provide support for staff.
You will have the opportunity to work within an established company, which will supply you with career progression opportunities in the long term. You will be a proactive and vibrant receptionist with a professional approach.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Taking and directing incoming calls
Managing incoming and outgoing postage and deliveries
Scanning, filing, photocopying, etc
Data entry and processing work
Running errands ie post office/bank
Ad hoc administration support
- Excellent communication skills
- Accurate typing (40wpm)
- Can-do attitude
- Pleasant telephone manner
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Ability to speak an additional language will be advantageous
