The Client
Based Brisbane CBD, our client is a service office provider to small and medium sized business in Brisbane. Situated on a high level of the building, it boasts spectacular views of the Brisbane river and the skyscrapers.
They are offering a junior receptionist position for an enthusiastic individual with a good personality to join their team and help provide support for staff.
The Role
You will have the opportunity to work within an established company, which will supply you with career progression opportunities in the long term. You will be a proactive and vibrant receptionist with a professional approach.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Taking and directing incoming calls
Managing incoming and outgoing postage and deliveries
Scanning, filing, photocopying, etc
Data entry and processing work
Running errands ie post office/bank
Ad hoc administration support
The Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Accurate typing (40wpm)
- Can-do attitude
- Pleasant telephone manner
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Ability to speak an additional language will be advantageous
