Your key responsibilities will include:
Screening applicants through the database or by phone
Liaising closely with candidates via phone or email
Conducting employment interviews and reference checks
Filling incoming orders from clients
Providing ad hoc administration support
To be successful in this role, you must have:
A genuine interest and desire for a career in recruitment
Strong administration skills
The ability to prioritise and work well within a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A self-motivated can-do attitude
1-2 years in recruitment is preferable but not essential
