Our client is an Indian grocery store based in Charmhaven in NSW. They are currently looking to hire a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to join their team.
The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing and developing a team
Mentoring and team leading
Driving sales to achieve KPI targets
Driving and ensuring a high level of customer service
Controlling stock and monitoring supplier orders
Managing staff rosters
The Requirement
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Strong customer focus
Diploma in Business Management and/or equivalent qualifications
At least 2 years of retail management experience in a similar setting
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent time management
Previous managerial experience
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in managing and maintaining budgets
Ability to converse in an Indian language is mandatory
