Based in Brisbane CBD and situated conveniently close to public transport, Labour Support is a fast-growing company in the profession of empowering businesses. We are currently offering a full-time position for an enthusiastic individual with a warm disposition to join the team as a Trainer and Assessor.
The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:
Designing, developing and implementing face-to-face courses
Participating in market research to cultivate course content
Providing excellent customer service to course participants
Preparing and developing training and assessment strategies, methods and materials
Liaising with clients and business executives to arrange the delivery of specific training and development programs
Promoting internal and external training and development
Monitoring and performing ongoing evaluation and assessment of training quality and effectiveness
To be successful in this role, you must have:
A self-motivated can-do attitude
The ability to prioritise and work with a team
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Sound knowledge of the Standards for RTOs 2015
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or a university degree in a relevant area
