The Client

Based in Brisbane CBD and situated conveniently close to public transport, Labour Support is a fast-growing company in the profession of empowering businesses. We are currently offering a full-time position for an enthusiastic individual with a warm disposition to join the team as a Trainer and Assessor.

The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, developing and implementing face-to-face courses

  • Participating in market research to cultivate course content

  • Providing excellent customer service to course participants

  • Preparing and developing training and assessment strategies, methods and materials

  • Liaising with clients and business executives to arrange the delivery of specific training and development programs

  • Promoting internal and external training and development

  • Monitoring and performing ongoing evaluation and assessment of training quality and effectiveness

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A self-motivated can-do attitude

  • The ability to prioritise and work with a team

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Sound knowledge of the Standards for RTOs 2015

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or a university degree in a relevant area

  • A genuine interest and desire for a career in empowering individuals
