The Role

You will have the opportunity to work within a growing company, which will supply you with career progression opportunities in the long term. You will be a proactive and vibrant Recruiter with a professional approach.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Screening applicants through the database or by phone

  • Liaising closely with candidates via phone or email

  • Conducting employment interviews and reference checks

  • Filling incoming orders from clients

  • Providing ad hoc administration support

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A genuine interest and desire for a career in recruitment

  • Strong administration skills

  • The ability to prioritise and work well within a team

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A self-motivated can-do attitude

  • 1-2 years in recruitment is preferable

  • A Bachelor degree in any field

  • Possess own reliable car and driving licence
