Your key responsibilities will include:
Assessing eligibility across a range of visa categories
Providing accurate, confident, and timely advice about visa options and processes
Delivering solutions to complex migration issues
Adhering to systems and procedures
Effectively and professionally dealing with new and existing clients
Preparing, checking and lodging visa applications
Managing and maintaining client information in migration management systems
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Registration with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or qualifications in immigration law
Practical knowledge and experience of Australian migration legislation and policies
A self-motivated can-do attitude
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding support to clients
The ability to prioritise, and work in a team and independently
A genuine interest and desire for a career in empowering individuals
