The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing eligibility across a range of visa categories

  • Providing accurate, confident, and timely advice about visa options and processes

  • Delivering solutions to complex migration issues

  • Adhering to systems and procedures

  • Effectively and professionally dealing with new and existing clients

  • Preparing, checking and lodging visa applications

  • Managing and maintaining client information in migration management systems

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Registration with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or qualifications in immigration law

  • Practical knowledge and experience of Australian migration legislation and policies

  • A self-motivated can-do attitude

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding support to clients

  • The ability to prioritise, and work in a team and independently

  • A genuine interest and desire for a career in empowering individuals
