The Client
Based in Mosman, New South Wales and equipped with a solid reputation for excellent customer service, our client specialises in offering services regarding nail care and hair removal.
They are now seeking an efficient, reliable and skilled Beauty Salon Manager to join their business on a full-time basis. You will have the opportunity to work within a growing business, which will supply you with career progression opportunities in the long-term.
The Role
Some of the duties and tasks will include:
Building and maintaining relationships with staff and customers
Delivering exceptional customer service
Looking after stock levels and conducting restocking activities when needed
Managing the financial activities of the business
Implementing and maintaining company’s procedures
Handling the reception, customer bookings, and greeting clients
Overseeing the daily operations of the salon
The Requirements
At least 2 years of commercial experience
Business or Salon Management qualifications required
Prior experience in a managerial position
Willingness to work on weekends is necessary
Possess a high level of professional integrity and a pro-active work attitude
Have a high attention to detail and be willing to work in a team
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent grooming and presentation standards
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
