Our latest client is based in Western Australia. Specialising in providing budget car detailing services, they are looking to hire a motivated individual to join their successful team as a full-time Customer Service Manager.

Some tasks and responsibilities may include:
Managing the operations of the customer service department
Developing and reviewing customer relations policies, programs and procedures
Providing direction and feedback to customer service staff
Managing, motivating and developing customer service staff
Developing and implementing after-sales services to follow-up customer satisfaction and performance of services offered
Modifying and improving services provided after feedback
Identifying and responding to customer expectations
The Requirements
Relevant qualifications and experience
Prior experience in a leadership position and the mentoring of teams
Proven ability to build, develop and sustain strong relationships; and ability to motivate individuals
Possess a strong eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
