Customer Service Manager

The Client

Our latest client is based in Western Australia. Specialising in providing budget car detailing services, they are looking to hire a motivated individual to join their successful team as a full-time Customer Service Manager.

The Role

You will have the opportunity to work within a growing business, which will supply you with career progression opportunities in the long term. You will be a vibrant and proactive Customer Service Manager with a professional approach.

Some tasks and responsibilities may include:

  • Managing the operations of the customer service department

  • Developing and reviewing customer relations policies, programs and procedures

  • Providing direction and feedback to customer service staff

  • Managing, motivating and developing customer service staff

  • Developing and implementing after-sales services to follow-up customer satisfaction and performance of services offered

  • Modifying and improving services provided after feedback

  • Identifying and responding to customer expectations

The Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications and experience

  • Prior experience in a leadership position and the mentoring of teams

  • Proven ability to build, develop and sustain strong relationships; and ability to motivate individuals

  • Possess a strong eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and analytical skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
