The Client
Situated in Finley, New South Wales, our latest client is a hotel motel that offers comfortable accommodation coupled with excellent food and customer service to its customers.
The Role
You will have the opportunity to work within a growing business, which will supply you with career progression opportunities in the long term. You will be a proactive Cook with a professional approach.
The Responsibilities:
Cooking and ensuring that all food items that leave the kitchen are of a high standard in presentation and meet the business’s standards
Providing excellent customer service to all customers
Maintaining a high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness
Assisting with general cleaning and dishwashing
The Requirements:
At least 2 years of prior commercial cooking experience
At least a Diploma or Certificate in Cookery
Possess sound knowledge of food hygiene practices and HACCP
Ability to handle pressure in a professional manner
A positive attitude and works well as part of the team
Proven ability to work unsupervised when required
Be motivated to produce fantastic, quality food
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Available to work weekends as is typical in hospitality
