Situated in Finley, New South Wales, our latest client is a hotel motel that offers comfortable accommodation coupled with excellent food and customer service to its customers.

The Role

You will have the opportunity to work within a growing business, which will supply you with career progression opportunities in the long term. You will be a proactive Cook with a professional approach.

The Responsibilities:

  • Cooking and ensuring that all food items that leave the kitchen are of a high standard in presentation and meet the business’s standards

  • Providing excellent customer service to all customers

  • Maintaining a high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness

  • Assisting with general cleaning and dishwashing

The Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of prior commercial cooking experience

  • At least a Diploma or Certificate in Cookery

  • Possess sound knowledge of food hygiene practices and HACCP

  • Ability to handle pressure in a professional manner

  • A positive attitude and works well as part of the team

  • Proven ability to work unsupervised when required

  • Be motivated to produce fantastic, quality food

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Available to work weekends as is typical in hospitality
