Hotel Manager
The Client
Situated in Finley, New South Wales, our latest client is a hotel motel that offers comfortable accommodation coupled with excellent food and customer service to its customers.
The Role
You will have the opportunity to work within a growing business, which will supply you with career progression opportunities in the long term. You will be a proactive Hotel Manager with a professional approach.
The Responsibilities:
Directing and overseeing reservation, reception, room service and housekeeping activities
Supervising security arrangements, and garden and property maintenance
Planning and supervising bar, restaurant, function and conference activities
Observing liquor, gaming, and other laws and regulations
Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction
Overseeing accounting and purchasing activities
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
The Requirements:
The ability to manage in diverse environment with focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship and building and growing a strong business
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, management and support staff
Ability to respond effectively to changing demands
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality or hotel industry
Experience with premise and liability accountability and contract management is desirable
General education related to hospitality, business administration or other related fields on middle or higher management levels
Competent in financial management, business management and planning
