The Client

Situated in Finley, New South Wales, our latest client is a hotel motel that offers comfortable accommodation coupled with excellent food and customer service to its customers.

The Role

You will have the opportunity to work within a growing business, which will supply you with career progression opportunities in the long term. You will be a proactive Hotel Manager with a professional approach.

The Responsibilities:

  • Directing and overseeing reservation, reception, room service and housekeeping activities

  • Supervising security arrangements, and garden and property maintenance

  • Planning and supervising bar, restaurant, function and conference activities

  • Observing liquor, gaming, and other laws and regulations

  • Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction

  • Overseeing accounting and purchasing activities

  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

The Requirements:

  • The ability to manage in diverse environment with focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship and building and growing a strong business

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, management and support staff

  • Ability to respond effectively to changing demands

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality or hotel industry

  • Experience with premise and liability accountability and contract management is desirable

  • General education related to hospitality, business administration or other related fields on middle or higher management levels

  • Competent in financial management, business management and planning
