The Role

The Responsibilities

  • Prospecting for new clients and increase business

  • Contacting potential clients through cold calling

  • Preparing quotes and providing customers with requested information using the CRM system

  • Building a positive customer relationship and retain business

  • Proactively promote a positive company image and its products and services

  • Creating plans and implementing strategies to improve growth and business profitability

  • Achieving targets and KPIs

The Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

  • Face-to-face and telephone sales experience

  • The ability to work well independently and in a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Professionally presented and confident

  • Passionate about a career in business development

  • Be goal-oriented and have the drive to succeed
