The Client
Situated in Vermount South, Victoria, our latest client specialises in the maintenance and repair of mobile phones. Our client has operations across Victoria and Queensland, and is capable of servicing a variety of tech models including Apple, HTC, Samsung and Sony. They are now looking to hire a Telecommunications Technician.
The Role
You will have the opportunity to work within a growing business, which will supply you with career progression opportunities in the long term. You will be a proactive Telecommunications Technician with a professional approach.
The Responsibilities
Some tasks may include:
Determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions for problems
Responding to inquiries about software and hardware problems
Replacing broken phone and tablet screens through the installation of new screens
Repairing and replacing tech components
Adjusting or diagnosing equipment component errors
The Requirements:
Previous experience in the technical service and repair of telecommunications devices, preferably with Apple, HTC, Samsung and Sony
Relevant certificate qualifications mandatory
Previous experience within the same industry preferable
Ability to work independently or with a technical team on demand
A positive ‘can-do’ attitude to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Focused attitude to work and a willingness to follow procedures
Confidence in fault-finding and component level repairs and software resultion
