Recruitment Coordinator

The Role

Based in the prime Eagle Street of Brisbane CBD, we are seeking a passionate Recruitment Coordinator to join our fast-growing company.

It will be suitable for individuals who possess excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking administrative abilities with good communication skills.

The Duties

The duties for this position are varied and essentially you will be responsible for supporting recruitment teams and placed candidates with the day to day recruitment administration. Some of which includes,

  • Recruitment screening and shortlisting

  • Formatting of resumes and checking references

  • Inductions and on-boarding new starters

  • Weekly payroll preparation

  • Database maintenance

  • Compliance checks for placements

  • Conducting psychometric tests

  • Assistance with marketing campaigns to clients and candidates

The Requirement

To be successful in this position we are looking for a candidate with the following skills and attributes,

  • Previous experience in HR/recruitment highly advantageous

  • Ability to multi task and handle several projects at once

  • A "can do" positive attitude with excellent communication skills

  • A strong attention to detail

  • A self-starter who can use their own initiative

  • Strong computer skills

  • Ability to build robust internal and external relationships

  • Excellent attitude is essential
