The Role

The Responsibilities
Creating business standards and objectives
Ensuring the efficiency in day-to-day operations
Liaising with clients regarding their construction needs
Maintaining and building excellent customer relationships to help attract and securing new business
Overseeing the recruitment and performance review of staff
Setting and achieving KPIs and ensure cost effectiveness through budgets and forecasts
Effective delegation of tasks and duties to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
Liaising with employees and other departments regarding possible improvements to the business’ operations
Overseeing and authorising the funding of policies and projects
May assume responsibilities for other business functions such as accounting, sales, marketing, human resources and other specialist operations
The Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in a similar managerial role
Relevant industry qualifications or certification is highly regarded
Relevant industry experience and knowledge are essential
Exceptional stakeholder relationship management skills
Effective problem solving skills
Be presentable and possess exceptional leadership and team management skills
Extensive knowledge in KPIs and cost management procedures
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Possesses excellent conflict management skills
