The Role

The company is currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual with the drive to succeed as Corporate General Manager. The Responsibilities

  • Planning and setting business standards and objectives

  • Ensuring efficiency in day-to-day business operations

  • Liaising with clients regarding the services they require

  • Maintaining and building excellent customer relationships to help attract and securing new business

  • Overseeing the recruitment and performance review of staff

  • Developing and encouraging new and existing business policies and strategies

  • Setting and achieving KPIs to ensure maximisation of profit and efficiency

  • Identifying changing situations and responding accordingly effective delegation of tasks

  • Liaising and consulting with employees and departmental heads regarding matters such as methods of operation, finance, sales and human resources

  • Overseeing and authorising the funding of policies and projects

  • May assume responsibilities for other business functions such as accounting, sales, marketing, human resources and other specialist operations

The Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar managerial role

  • Relevant qualifications in business or management is desirable

  • Relevant industry experience is highly regarded

  • Effective problem solving skills

  • Be presentable and possess exceptional leadership and team management skills

  • Extensive knowledge in financial management and accountability

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Exceptional customer relationship management skills

  • Possesses excellent conflict management skills
