The Role
The company is currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual with the drive to succeed as Corporate General Manager. The Responsibilities
Planning and setting business standards and objectives
Ensuring efficiency in day-to-day business operations
Liaising with clients regarding the services they require
Maintaining and building excellent customer relationships to help attract and securing new business
Overseeing the recruitment and performance review of staff
Developing and encouraging new and existing business policies and strategies
Setting and achieving KPIs to ensure maximisation of profit and efficiency
Identifying changing situations and responding accordingly effective delegation of tasks
Liaising and consulting with employees and departmental heads regarding matters such as methods of operation, finance, sales and human resources
Overseeing and authorising the funding of policies and projects
May assume responsibilities for other business functions such as accounting, sales, marketing, human resources and other specialist operations
The Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in a similar managerial role
Relevant qualifications in business or management is desirable
Relevant industry experience is highly regarded
Effective problem solving skills
Be presentable and possess exceptional leadership and team management skills
Extensive knowledge in financial management and accountability
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Exceptional customer relationship management skills
Possesses excellent conflict management skills
