The Responsibilities
Directing the development and implementation of business plans
Setting KPIs and sales targets to maximise profitability
Engaging in customer relations management to increase sales and customer loyalty
Developing strategies to promote the business’ services through the reinforcement of its brand image and brand loyalty
Engaging in proactive promotion of the business’ services through methods such as social media and direct communication
Directing and implementing strategies to build and maintain the business’ image and reputation with its customers, investors and other stakeholders
The Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge and experience in Social Media and other web platforms is highly regarded
Professionally presented
The ability to work autonomously and be a great team player
Possesses excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
Confidence in communicating with senior executives and stakeholders
Be committed to the company, and work extra hours depending on the business’ needs
