The Role

As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will be acting as a proud and passionate advocate for the business’ brand and its services. The Responsibilities

  • Directing the development and implementation of business plans

  • Setting KPIs and sales targets to maximise profitability

  • Engaging in customer relations management to increase sales and customer loyalty

  • Developing strategies to promote the business’ services through the reinforcement of its brand image and brand loyalty

  • Engaging in proactive promotion of the business’ services through methods such as social media and direct communication

  • Directing and implementing strategies to build and maintain the business’ image and reputation with its customers, investors and other stakeholders

The Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

  • Knowledge and experience in Social Media and other web platforms is highly regarded

  • Professionally presented

  • The ability to work autonomously and be a great team player

  • Possesses excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills

  • Confidence in communicating with senior executives and stakeholders

  • Be committed to the company, and work extra hours depending on the business’ needs
