Real Estate Representative

The Client

Located in Gold Coast, our latest client specialises in delivering exceptional hotel and hospitality services. Due to the company’s growth and success, the business is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join its team as Real Estate Representative.

The Responsibilities

  • Listing properties and businesses for sale and lease

  • Conducting inspections and advising buyers on the terms of sales and merits of properties and businesses

  • Liaising with vendors of sales and marketing properties through the auction and open house inspections

  • Arranging advertising, marketing, cataloguing and detailing land, buildings and businesses for sale or lease

  • Communicating with buyers and assessing their needs

  • Assisting buyers in locating properties and businesses for their consideration

  • Offering valuations and advice for buying and selling properties and businesses

  • Structuring the sales terms in accordance to the agreement

  • Collecting and holding rent monies from tenants, and remitting to owner on agreed basis

  • Assessing non-compliance with sales terms and conditions

  • Developing and implementing business plans, budgets, policies and procedures

  • Arranging finance, land brokerage, conveyancing and maintenance of property

The Requirements

  • At least three (3) years of experience in a similar role

  • Demonstrated ability to meet goals, targets and achieve KPIs

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Intermediate computer skills

  • Be able to deliver exceptional customer service
