Step 1: Gather as much information as you can on business and the nominee. Such information may include:

We try to gather and consolidate as much information as we can. Aside from getting the employer to send us the documents, we do plenty of online research as well. This includes, but not limited to, getting reviews and pictures from various sources. Step 2: Brainstorming can be considered the most important part of the entire process. This is where the structure and content for the report are discussed and built upon. Using the information that was gathered, we will proceed to discuss and filter them accordingly. It is vital that we use information that will allow the case office to understand the business’ genuine need of the nominated position. Step 3: After finalising the outline of the report, we will proceed on to the actual writing. Setting the tone is important as it allows the Case Officer to be able to relate to the business. Depending on the nature of the industry and the nominated role, we will choose the appropriate style of writing for the report. A general outline of the report would be to first write about the business and its activities, following with the role and the nominee. Emphasise has to be placed on the specific skills and knowledge of the nominee and where it is applicable in the business' complex nature of the products and services. In addition, we would recommend using a Labour Market Testing as supporting evidence, to show that efforts were made to hire a local employee. Step 4: At Labour Support Group, we believe in providing your clients with exceptional works. As such, we take an additional step of reviewing all our reports before sending them out. Having a set of fresh eyes read through the final report is helpful in ensuring that the report covers all important points. This also helps to eliminate any oversight.
